Lightfield and magnified 100 times. Type 2 flake. These flakes reach
a size of 0.5 mm in diameter (such as this one). They have a 4-6 sided
grey mosaic structure which is less obvious than in the Type 1 flake
B. The mosaic-like structure is best seen in the uppermost part of
the flake with a more diffuse structure in the lower part of it. The
interior and the periphery of the flake produces many small granules
as seen in picture 8. Diagnosis: Hodgkin’s Disease.
